Description

PURPOSE OF COURSE:  This comprehensive course will provide participants with the knowledge necessary to prevent, identify and manage legal liability in personnel matters.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Classroom Lecture and group exercises.

GOALS:  The Goals of the Course are as follows

·         Leadership and Ethics for Supervisors

·         Successfully supervising toxic employees

·         Discuss legal updates impacting organizational progress in an ever-changing landscape.

 

·         Identify and manage legal liability in personnel matters
