Search and Seizure with Dant Foulk

Search and Seizure Laws for Police.  Why would we bother going to a class on search and seizure anyway?  Is it really that important?  Coming right out the fourth amendment to the constitution, “The rights of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable Searches and Seizures, shall not be violated….”  Police are one of the few occupations that can deny people these liberties.  Dant Foulk will be here to  go through recent cases and explain what this means to police and what we need to do to make sure that we are doing everything right all the time.  This is the kind of informational class that can keep both keep officers out of trouble as well as give them the tools to make good arrests.  If you have ever heard Dant speak you know that he is an excellent speaker and presents in a manner as to keep your attention.  We are proud to have him back again.
