Criminal Law Update

PURPOSE OF COURSE: This one day, 8-hour program has been designed to update officers concerning the changes in the statutory law in relation to the Criminal Law in Illinois.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: 8 hours of training focusing on the modification of Illinois Law concerning Criminal Justice in Illinois.

GOALS: The goals of this course are as follows.

• Provide a complete analysis of the statutory and case law changes in Illinois Criminal Law.
• Allow Illinois Law Enforcement Officers and Agencies to become familiar with these changes.

Provide an opportunity to discuss the best ways to react to these changes.
