Extreme Ownership- Based on the book by Jocko Willink and Leif Badin
PURPOSE OF COURSE: This one- day, 8-hour program has been designed by Echelon Front based
on “Extreme Ownership” written by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. All material is copywritten by Echelon
Front. This course will examine the principles of Extreme Ownership as applied directly to Illinois Law
Enforcement through discussion and case scenario reviews.
COURSE OVERVIEW: This course has been designed by Echelon Front in collaboration with the Certified
Law Enforcement Instructor CAIR team, to provide officers with additional methods and information for
development of leadership skills at all rank levels. All materials are copywritten by Echelon Front and
